Go to the Love tab, tap "My Code" to find your unique invite code. Share it with your partner. They enter it in their "Connect" screen. When they send the request, you accept it in "Connection Requests." That's it — you're connected.
Live Activities require iPhone 14 Pro or later with Dynamic Island. Also make sure you granted notification permissions when asked. If your Dynamic Island disappears, go to Profile and tap "Restart Live Activity." You can also try pulling down on the Love tab to refresh.
The timer starts the moment both users accept the connection. It counts every second you remain connected, even when the app is closed. The timer is synced via Firebase and visible in your Dynamic Island, Lock Screen, and Love tab.
Go to Profile, scroll to Premium, and tap "Restore Purchases." Apple verifies your subscription and updates your account. If the issue persists, email support@loveling.app with your App Store receipt and we'll fix it right away.
Yes. Go to Profile and use the "Change Letter" field. Type any single character — a letter, digit, or emoji — and tap Save. Your new letter updates on both your Dynamic Island and your partner's. Change it anytime.
You can have multiple past connections, but only one is active at a time. To switch, go to "Your Connections" on the Love tab, find the person you want, and tap "Make Active." You can reconnect with anyone you have previously connected with.
